Documents required for tenant verification
The business and identity documents Skyfallen asks commercial and enterprise tenants to submit after sign-up.
After commercial or enterprise tenant setup, Skyfallen reviews the organisation and the person responsible for it. This is a customer onboarding check — not a product feature inside ONE. It confirms that the business exists, the address and authority details match official records, and the right individual is accountable.
The same document set applies to commercial and enterprise tenants. Upload files at verify once your verification requests are open.
For the personal and organisation fields these documents must match, see Information required for commercial and enterprise tenants.
Two verification requests
Skyfallen usually opens two requests for each new commercial or enterprise tenant:
Complete both when they appear in your list.
| Request | Who completes it | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Business | Tenant owner or designated administrator | Prove the organisation exists, operates at the registered address, and that you may act for it. |
| Person | The responsible individual named on the ONE ID | Prove identity and residential address. |
File requirements
Blurred, partial, or expired uploads slow review. Use the request description if you need to explain an edge case, such as a trading address that differs from the registered office.
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Accepted formats | PNG, JPEG, or PDF |
| Maximum size | 10 MB per file |
| Quality | Full document visible, in focus, uncropped, and current |
| Address evidence date | Dated within the last three months |
Business verification documents
Submit one file for each section below.
Turkey (Skyfallen Türkiye)
For tenants in the Skyfallen Türkiye service region, use the following documents instead of the UK-oriented examples below.
Business incorporation
Upload your tax plate (vergi levhası). It demonstrates the legal existence of the organisation. The document may show the business address in full or with a masked address — either version is accepted for this section. The address does not need to appear on the tax plate here.
Business address
Use the same address evidence as other regions, with one addition:
- Bank statement
- Lease agreement
- Utility bill
- Tax plate (vergi levhası) — only when the full business address is shown
If you use a tax plate for address proof, the address must match the operating address on your tenant record. Masked-address versions are not accepted for this section.
Person with control
Upload a document that proves you may act on behalf of the organisation. Acceptable examples include:
- Signature circular (İmza Sirküleri)
- Current trade registry activity certificate (Güncel Faaliyet Belgesi)
- Trade registry gazette excerpt showing authorised signatories (Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi)
- Board of directors resolution (Yönetim Kurulu Kararı)
- Partners' resolution (Ortaklar Kurulu Kararı)
- Notarised power of attorney (Vekaletname)
- Letter of authorisation (Yetki Belgesi)
- Articles of association (Ana Sözleşme)
Sole proprietorships and other businesses without a signature circular may submit a tax plate that shows the proprietor name matching the ONE ID.
Business incorporation
Upload a document that shows the legal existence of the organisation. Acceptable examples include:
- Certificate of incorporation
- Articles of association
- Other equivalent formation documents from your registration authority
The document must clearly show the organisation legal name you supplied during setup.
Business address
Upload proof that the organisation operates at the business address on the tenant record. Acceptable examples include:
- Bank statement
- Lease agreement
- Utility bill
- Articles of incorporation — only where the registration authority verifies filed information. Not accepted for UK companies registered with Companies House.
The document must clearly show:
- Legal name
- Operating address matching the tenant record
- A date within the last three months
Person with control
Upload a document that proves you may act on behalf of the organisation. Acceptable examples include:
- Letter of authorisation
- Change of persons with significant control notification
- Confirmation statement
- Appointment as secretary or director
- Articles of incorporation
The document must clearly show your name and the organisation legal name.
Declaration and signature
Before submission you must agree that Skyfallen may process the uploaded data, that the information is accurate under applicable law, and provide a handwritten-style digital signature on the form.
Person verification documents
Submit one file for each section below.
Government-issued photo ID
Upload both sides of the same government-issued photo ID. The images must clearly show:
- Your name as registered on your ONE ID
- Country of residence
- Date of birth
Residential address
Upload proof of your personal address matching the ONE ID profile. Acceptable examples include:
- Bank statement
- Lease agreement
- Utility bill
The document must clearly show your name, residential address, and a date within the last three months.
Declaration and signature
The same declaration and signature step applies as for business verification.
Review timelines and contact
| Tenant type | Typical review window |
|---|---|
| Commercial | Usually within 48 hours on business days |
| Enterprise | Usually within 7 business days when documentation is complete |
Skyfallen emails you if more information is needed or when the tenant is approved. If you have not heard back:
| Tenant type | Contact |
|---|---|
| Commercial | [email protected] — if no response within 24 hours of creating the account |
| Enterprise | [email protected] — if no response within 3 business days |
What happens after acceptance
When Skyfallen accepts both requests, the tenant can move from not verified to active. Owners can then use IAM and other tenant areas according to their permissions.
